Customs and import duties

Considering that BiH and Serbia are not EU members, there is a possibility that you will have to pay certain import costs in your country. Any potential import costs are borne by the buyer.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay in cash?

Unfortunately, payment upon delivery is not available in Bosnia and Herzegovina for shipments sent from Croatia.

Primate or Western Union?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments via Western Union.

How do I pay?

As a payment method, we recommend PayPal as it allows you to pay by card and does not charge transaction fees, which is the case with banks. If you do not have PayPal, ask a friend who uses it to pay for you, and then you can reimburse them in cash. As a last option, there is the bank, which has a slightly higher fee.

What is the delivery deadline?

The official delivery deadline is 5-15 working days. In practice, it is usually around 7-10 days.

Carina and import

Considering that all orders are shipped from the Republic of Croatia, additional import costs may occur in the destination country. The responsibility for any import costs lies with the buyer.
